M4Q is a variable but specific training approach that builds a “very” able, resilient, strong, smart and conditioned body. Train at your pace, in a group space while we explore the variable landscape of training movement (functional strength, endurance, power) and conditioning our metabolic systems (mod-high intensity interval training) during specific training blocks throughout this 60min session. Developed by Health and Human Performance Specialist Janna Coleman, M4Q is the ultimate crosstraining session that will not only “burn” energy but will help build you to become unbreakable!

Anchored in human health and performance innovation, 4Q is a practical and proven method of training application created by our mentors at the Institute of Motion. 4Q represents an intersection of continuums that fall within the specific training objectives of each “Mechanical” (strength based) and Metabolic (cardio based) models, ultimately forming 4 focused training quadrants respectively. These 4 quadrants allow for appropriate dosage of the aforementioned physical stressors. The 4Q philosophy is the Multivitamin of Movement and the cornerstone of healthy, strong, long lasting movement patterns, robust energy systems and a fluent physical “IQ”.
